Section 935-88.0 - Indoor Space for Day Treatment Programs88.1 A program shall have at least 35 square feet of usable indoor space per child. OCCL will not count toilet rooms, kitchen areas, eating areas, seclusion rooms, offices, storage spaces, hallways, closets, and gymnasiums in the square footage.88.2 A program shall have a separate area where children who are showing symptoms of illness that require isolation from the group may be cared for until released to their parent. The area shall not be located in the kitchen or toilet areas.14 Del. Admin. Code § 935-88.0
