Section 935-6.0 - License Requirements6.1 To operate a facility or program, OCCL must issue a license for the site address listed on the application. The license is valid at this address only. A new license is required before a facility or program may provide services at a new address. See Section 10.0 for relocations. A licensee may use one license for multiple buildings at the same site address or choose to have each building licensed individually.6.2 A license remains the property of OCCL and is not transferable or subject to sale.6.3 A licensee shall post the license where it is visible to the public.6.4 A license shall state the maximum number of children who may be served in the facility or program at one time.6.5 When a facility or program is sold, closes, or relocates, or when the license has been suspended, revoked, or expires, the license immediately becomes void.14 Del.
