Section 935-35.0 - Smoking, Vaping, Illegal Drugs, and Alcohol35.1 A licensee shall prohibit children from smoking, vaping, using illegal drugs, or drinking alcohol at the facility or program and during trips.35.2 A licensee shall prohibit staff, volunteers, and visitors from smoking, vaping, using illegal drugs, or drinking alcohol in the presence or in sight of children at the facility or program, when transporting children, or during trips.35.3 A licensee shall prohibit staff members, volunteers, and visitors from buying alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, and illegal drugs for children.14 Del.
