Section 924-13.0 - Records Regarding Migratory Children with Disabilities13.1 LEAs shallcooperate with appropriate Delaware and federal agencies to ensure the linkage of records pertaining to migratory children with disabilities for the purpose of electronically exchanging, among the States, health and educational information regarding those children.
