Section 924-11.0 - Information for DOE11.1 LEAs shall provide the DOE, consistent with a format and timetable acceptable to the Department,with information necessary to enable the DOE to carry out its duties under Part B of the Act, including, with respect to information relating to the performance of children with disabilities participating in programs carried out under Part B of the Act.
