Each public agency shall ensure that an IEP that meets the requirements of section 636(d) of the Act, is developed, reviewed, and revised for each child with a disability in accordance with 14 DE Admin. Code 925, Sections 20.0 through 24.0, except as provided in 14 DE Admin. Code 925, subsection 1.2.3.
