The Department shall recognize a School Leader II, a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent Standard Certificate that was issued by the Department prior to the effective date of this regulation. An Educator holding such a Standard Certificate shall be considered certified to practice as a superintendent and an assistant superintendent.
