This regulation shall apply to the issuance of an Elementary Teacher Standard Certificate pursuant to 14 Del.C. § 1220(a). The Elementary Teacher Standard Certificate is required for grades K to 6 in Delaware public schools.
Notwithstanding the foregoing requirement, the Early Childhood Teacher Standard Certificate may be used for grades K to 2 in lieu of the Elementary Teacher Standard Certificate.
