Pursuant to 14 Del.C. §§ 122(b)(3), 122(b)(8), 181, and 183, the purpose of this regulation is to ensure all r school districts and charter schools have policies regarding dual enrollment and the awarding of dual credit to promote consistency and equity across the state.
