Section 508-1.0 - Purpose

Each local education agency shall implement procedures to determine when a student requires scientific, evidence-based interventions within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) for:

1) Written Expression,

2) Reading,

3) Oral Expression,

4) Listening Comprehension,

5) Mathematics,

6) Behavior, and

7) Social and Emotional Skills.
