Section 284-9.0 - Certification Requirements for Those Public Education Employees Working at the Department of Education
9.1 Employees of the Department of Education whose work responsibilities are directly related to curriculum and instruction as determined by the Department shall be licensed and certified by the Department for the position they hold.
