Section 301-20.0 - Appeal of Appeals Board Decisions20.1 All questions relating to an appeal shall be determined in accordance with Chapter 90, Section 9009, Title 11, of the Delaware Code.20.2 Any claimant who is aggrieved by the Appeals Board's decision concerning compensation or any conditions attached to the award of such compensation, may appeal to the Superior Court within (30) thirty days of the decision of the Board. Any appeal to Superior Court shall not be de novo.1 Del. Admin. Code § 301-20.0
