Section 301-12.0 - Access to Records

VCAP, the Advisory Council, and the Appeals Board shall maintain confidentiality of records in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, 29 Del.C. Ch. 100, and specifically 29 Del.C. § 1004 (g)(7).
