Section 602-8.0 - Appointment of Panel8.1 In the absence of an election to proceed with judicial determination pursuant to Section 4612 of the Act, the Chairperson or designee shall promptly appoint a panel of three (3) Commissioners, one of whom shall be designated as the Panel Chair.8.2 The Panel shall have all the powers of the Commission with respect to matters before it.1 Del.
