Section 9-7b-37 - Notice of hearings(a)Persons notified. Except when the Commission or the hearing officer shall otherwise direct, the Commission shall give at least ten calendar days written notice of a hearing in any pending matter to all parties, to all persons who have been previously permitted to participate as intervenors and to all persons otherwise required by statute to be notified. Written notice shall be given to such additional persons as the Commission or the hearing officer shall direct.(b)Contents of notice. Notice of a hearing shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:(1) a statement of the time, place and nature of the hearing;(2) a statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held and a reference to the particular sections of the statutes and regulations involved; and(3) a short and plain statement of the matters asserted or, in lieu thereof, a copy of the complaint.Conn.
