Section 8-37r-8 - Disclosure under the freedom of information act(a) Any person may obtain personal data from personal data systems of the Department of Housing except when prohibited by law.(b) Disclosure of personal data from personal data systems of the Department shall be governed by Chapter 3 of the Connecticut General Statutes.Conn.
