Section 8-68d-2 - Program description(a) Each housing authority shall submit a report in accordance with Section 8-68d-3 below to the Commissioner and the Chief Executive Officer of the municipality in which the housing authority is located not later than March 1, annually.(b) The time period that the report shall encompass will be the calendar year from January 1 to December 31.(c) Each housing authority shall be required to comply with all rules and orders promulgated from time to time by the Commissioner relative to this program and consistent with the Connecticut General Statutes.Conn.
