Section 8-119jj-20 - Contract for financial assistance(a) Contract(s) shall include, but not be limited to: the amount of the financial assistance to be provided, the amount of the state service charges to be assessed during the development and management of the affordable housing development(s), the term of the contract(s), and the rights and obligations of the parties under the contract(s).(b) All deferred loans shall be secured by a mortgage note and deed on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Commissioner.(c) A lien shall be filed on all property for which the state has provided financial assistance.
