Section 54-240a-10 - Agency exemption requests(a)Method of request. Agency exemption requests shall be made in accordance with section 54-240i of the Connecticut General Statutes.(b)Notice of exemption. The Secretary of the State shall send notification, as provided in section 54-240i of the Connecticut General Statutes, to the participant's confidential address, by first class mail, prior to granting an exemption.Conn.
