Section 51-44a-4 - Commission operation-signature of documents(a) The members of the commission shall elect a chair from among the members appointed by the Governor, as provided in section 51-44a(c) of the General Statutes.(b) The commission's recommendations and findings shall be signed by the chair on behalf of the commission.Conn.
