Section 5-263a-10 - Disposition of suggestions(a) Suggesters shall be mailed notice of the disposition of their suggestions within ninety-five days of receipt by the central office.(b) Unless an extension of time is granted by the central office, agency evaluations shall be returned to the central office within sixty days of receipt by the agency.Conn.
