Section 46a-68j-22 - Nondiscrimination clause(a) Every contract or subcontract subject to contract compliance requirements shall contain the covenants required by Section 4a-60 of Connecticut General Statutes, as amended by Section 2 of Public Act 89-253.(b) The contract provisions required by Section 4a-60 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended by Section 2 of the Public Act 89-253, shall be an implied term of every contract to which an awarding agency is a party, regardless of whether they are expressly incorporated into the contract.(c) Failure to include the contract provision required by Section 4a-60 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended by Section 2 of Public Act 89-253, in a contract or subcontract subject to contract compliance requirements, or ignorance of contract compliance requirements shall not excuse a party from complying with the mandates expressed in Sections 4a-60, as amended by Section 2 of Public Act 89-253, or 46a-71 (d) of the Connecticut General Statutes.Conn.
