Section 46a-56(d)-7 - Monitoring and accounting(a) As a condition to receiving the grant, the applicant shall agree in writing to: (1) faithfully implement the proposal as submitted to the commission;(2) agree to periodic monitoring of the proposal by the commission; and(3) provide the commission with a full and complete accounting prepared by an independent accountant of all funds received.(b) The commission may take appropriate action to enforce the provisions of Section 46a-56(d) -7 (a).Conn.
