Section 45a-728-6 - Advertising(a) Any birth parent or prospective adoptive parent may advertise through any Connecticut public media for the purposes of identified adoption in accordance with the provisions of Public Act 93-101.(b) The department and child placing agencies may advertise in any Connecticut public media regarding the availability of their adoption services or for the placement of a child for the purpose of adoption.Conn.
