Section 38a-8-42 - The record in contested casesThe record in a contested case shall include:
(1) All motions, applications, petitions, complaints, responsive pleadings, bills of particulars, notices of hearing, and intermediate rulings;(2) The evidence received and considered by the presiding officer;(3) Questions and offers of proof, objections, and the presiding officer's rulings thereon during the hearing;(4) The decision, opinion or report by the presiding officer or the Commissioner.Conn.
