Section 38a-8-24 - Date of filing, components, deficiencies(a) The date of filing of any application with the department shall be the date that the application is received by the Commissioner.(b) An application shall consist of all the required components and any special components set forth in the rules of practice.(c) Any application or petition which is incomplete or not in conformity with the rules of practice may be rejected by the Commissioner.Conn.
