Section 38a-501-24 - Effective date; separability(a) The effective date of Sections 38a-501-8 to 38a-501-24, inclusive, shall be September 30, 1994.(b) If any provision of Sections 38a-501-8 to 38a-501-24, inclusive, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of these regulations and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.Conn.
