Section 38a-328-2 - Effective date(a) The program shall become effective on September 1, 1969 and as amended thereafter.(b) The program is intended to conform with the applicable provisions of the Urban Property Protection and Reinsurance Act of 1968, as amended ( P.L. 90-448 ), hereinafter referred to as the "Act," and Connecticut law.Conn.
