Section 38a-683-2 - DefinitionsTerms used in this regulation shall have the following meanings:
(1) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.(2) "School" means an organization or agency that conducts an accident prevention course.(3) "Instructor" means an individual who has been trained and appointed by a school for the purpose of conducting an approved classroom accident prevention course.(4) "Classroom Accident Prevention Course" means an accident prevention program approved by the commissioner which meets the needs of an operator who has attained the age of sixty (60) years and is conducted in a classroom setting.(5) "Internet Accident Prevention Course" means an accident prevention program approved by the commissioner which meets the needs of an operator who has attained the age of sixty (60) years and is offered on the Internet.(6) "Certificate" means a document or form issued to all persons who have completed an approved accident prevention course.Conn.
