Section 31-376-31 - Postponement of hearing(a) Postponement of a hearing ordinarily will not be allowed.(b) Except in the case of an extreme emergency or in unusual circumstances, no such request will be considered unless received in writing at least 3 days in advance of the time set for the hearing.(c) No postponement in excess of 30 days shall be allowed without Commission approval.Conn.
