Section 31-91-39 - Evidence by affidavit and filing of documents(a) The panel members may receive and consider the evidence of witnesses by affidavit, but shall only give it such weight as deemed proper after consideration of any objection made to its admission.(b) All documents not filed with the panel at the hearing, but which are arranged at the hearing or subsequently by agreement of the parties to be submitted, shall be filed with the board for transmission to the panel. All parties shall be afforded opportunity to examine such documents.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 31-91-39
