Section 31-91-26 - Location of hearings(a) Arbitration hearings shall be scheduled in the labor department, 38 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, or at such other locations as may be designated by the board.(b) The cost of hearing rooms for arbitrations held at locations other than the labor department at Wethersfield, shall be shared equally by the parties.Conn.
