Section 31-272-6 - Conduct of the hearing(a) An authorized agent shall be prepared to go forward with its case and to produce all necessary evidence and witnesses at the time the Referee's hearing is scheduled to commence.(b) An authorized agent shall provide to all parties copies of any documentary evidence to be admitted into the record.(c) An authorized agent shall not engage in conduct that disrupts the proceedings.Conn.
