Section 31-250-1 - Personal data definitions(a) The following definitions shall apply to these regulations: (1) "Category of Personal Data" means the classifications of personal information set forth in Personal Data Act, Section 4-190(9) of the Connecticut General Statutes.(2) "Other data" means any information which, because of name, identifying number, mark or description can be readily associated with a particular person.(b) Terms defined in Section 4-190 of the Connecticut General Statutes shall apply to these regulations.Conn.
