Section 31-390(b)-4 - Projects(a) No emergency municipal Public Works employment project is to exceed an estimated cost of five hundred thousand dollars, unless in the discretion of the commissioners, a project exceeding five hundred thousand dollars particularly fulfills the purpose of Sections 31-386 to 31-391; and(b) Construction on said project may begin within seventy-five days of final approval.Conn.
