Section 31-236-48 - Other unemployment benefits; workers' compensationAn individual shall be ineligible for benefits during any week with respect to which the individual has received or is about to receive remuneration in the form of:
(1) unemployment benefits under any federal law, except for benefits paid under section 407 (a) of the Disaster Relief Act of 1974; or(2) unemployment benefits paid by any state other than Connecticut; or(3) compensation for temporary disability under any worker's compensation law, except that where an individual is being compensated for temporary partial incapacity for a given week in an amount less than his weekly benefit rate, the Administrator shall deduct such payment from his entitlement for that week dollar for dollar.Conn.
