Section 31-235-9 - Availability - days(a) Except as provided in sections 31-235-6a and 31-235-12 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, an individual must be available for work for those days of the week during which the work for which the individual is suited is customarily performed.(b) An individual may exclude from the individual's days of availability those days in which such individual's customary occupation or other suitable work is performed only to a minimal extent.Conn.
