Section 31-101-64 - Waiver of hearing and consent order(a) Nothing in these regulations shall prevent the entry of an order with the consent of the respondent, and on notice to all parties and without the holding of any hearing or the making of any findings of fact or conclusions of law, if the respondent waives the holding of any hearing and making of the findings of fact and conclusions of law.(b) Nothing in these regulations shall prevent the parties from agreeing to submit stipulations of facts and evidence.Conn.
