Section 29-357-18a.2 - Prohibited places of storage(a) Fireworks or special effects shall not be stored or kept in any building used in whole or in part as a school, theater, church, hospital, workshop, residence, factory or any inhabited building.(b) Fireworks or special effects shall not be stored in any building where paints, oil or varnishes are manufactured or kept.(c) Fireworks or special effects shall not be stored in any building where any hazardous materials, matches, turpentine, resin, or gasoline are stored or kept for sale.(d) Fireworks or special effects shall not be stored in any building where stoves or exposed flames are used.Conn.
