The order of business at regular meetings shall be:
(1) Call to order;(2) Attendance;(3) Approval of minutes of previous meeting;(4) Communications;(5) Reports of subcommittees;(6) Old business;(7) New business;(8) Reports of hearing panels;(9) Good of the order; and(10) Adjournment.
