Section 29-143j-31a - Appeal(a) Any party adversely affected by a decision issued under the regulations may file a written appeal with the commissioner. The appeal shall contain a detailed statement of the reasons why the party believes the decision is erroneous.(b) The written appeal shall be filed in the office of the commissioner no later than ten calendar days after the decision.(c) The commissioner shall issue a written decision and the decision shall be a final decision.Conn.
