Section 27-102l(d)-344 - Desk review(a) An applicant for assistance, advocacy, interment, or payment for installation of headstones who disagrees with the agency's decision may petition the Commissioner for a desk review.(b) The Commissioner may deny or grant a desk review and may thereafter, if granted, modify, reverse, or affirm the decision rendered.Conn.
