Section 27-102l(d)-325 - Headstone and markers in state cemeteries for veterans(a) Only headstones and markers as provided by the federal government and approved by the Commissioner shall be permitted in the state cemeteries for veterans.(b) The Commissioner shall seek recovery of any expense incurred by the state for removal of a headstone or marker not in compliance with subsection (a) of this section from the person or persons who ordered the installation, if known.Conn.
