Section 27-102l(d)-323 - Order of interment and plot assignment(a) Order of interment shall be based on date of death, except that the Commissioner shall consider the desire of the families in scheduling funerals, services, and interments.(b) Plot assignment shall be in the sole discretion of the Commissioner.Conn.
