Section 27-102l(d)-211 - Notice procedure for administrative inquiry(a) Unless by agreement to the contrary, the veteran shall be notified in writing no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to an administrative inquiry.(b) Unless by agreement to the contrary, an administrative inquiry shall be held within fourteen (14) days of the notice.(c) When a conservator of the person has registered with the Commissioner, a notice of the administrative inquiry shall be provided to the conservator and to the ward, unless specifically instructed otherwise by the conservator.Conn.
