Section 27-102l(d)-151 - Emergency orders(a) When the Commissioner certifies that an emergency exists, he may issue additional rules and orders, including restriction of visiting hours and expansion of off-limits areas, if necessary, to ensure order and to preserve the health and comfort of veterans, staff, and visitors.(b) Any rules issued under subsection (a) of this section shall be effective upon posting and for a period of sixty (60) days, or less, if the emergency ceases sooner.
