Section 27-102l(d)-74 - Retaliation(a) It shall be a violation of the regulations of Connecticut state agencies to retaliate against any person who files a formal or informal complaint in good faith or participates in any resulting proceeding, regardless of whether said complaint is substantiated during the investigation of the Affirmative Action Administrator or resulting proceeding.(b) Any person taking any retaliation against a complainant, a respondent, or any other person directly or indirectly involved in such an investigation or proceeding shall do so at their own risk of disciplinary action.(c) A presumption shall exist that retaliation which is cognizable under the regulations of Connecticut state agencies is not within the scope of employment or within the scope of contract services.Conn.
