Any failure to submit a water supply plan in accordance with Sections 25-32d-1 a through 25-32d-5, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies shall be subject to civil penalties in accordance with Section 25-32e of the Connecticut General Statutes and Section 25-32e-1 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
