Section 22a-315-15 - Establishment of the council on soil and water conservation(a) The commissioner hereby establishes a Council, as authorized by subsection 22a-315(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes, that shall be known as the Council on Soil and Water Conservation.(b) The Council shall have the powers and duties as set forth in Section 22a-315 of the Connecticut General Statutes.Conn.
