Section 22a-69-1.3 - Coordination with other laws(a) Nothing in these Regulations shall authorize the construction or operation of a stationary noise source in violation of the requirements of any other applicable State law or regulation.(b) Nothing in these Regulations shall authorize the sale, use or operation of a noise source in violation of the laws and regulations of the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, the Federal Aviation Administration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or any amendments thereto.Conn.
